THE ORIGIN OF THE OCEAN WATER
When Earth was built a long time ago, the oceans were first formed by a hot ball of molten. The Earth was cooling down, but the heat of the volcanoes was still rising. The water of the Earth soon became locked up into the volcanoes. The materials inside the volcanoes and the water exploded into something called water vapour. The water vapour then fell as precipitation onto the Earth. The gravity causes the precipitation to start falling into the lower part of the world.
