THE EFFECT OF SPIN







When the Earth spins around, it controls wind and the ocean currents. The spinning of the Earth starts from the west to the east. When the Earth starts to spin, the wind and ocean currents move to opposite sides of the equator. When the wind and ocean currents move to opposite ends it is called Coriolis effect.
